glycerol phenylbutyrate will lower the extent or influence of triazolam by affecting hepatic/intestinal enzyme CYP3A4 metabolism. Use Warning/Watch. Glycerol phenylbutyrate is often a weak inducer of CYP3A4. Check for decreased efficacy of CYP3A4 substrates which have a narrow therapeutic index.  The approximated background threat of big beginning
